Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Flow ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Description of Service

Flow is a WhatsApp Business automation platform that enables businesses to create conversation flows, send automated messages, manage multiple WhatsApp Business Accounts, integrate with e-commerce platforms, and sync contacts from Google Sheets via our Google Workspace add-on.

Google Workspace / Google Sheets Add-on

Flow offers a Google Sheets add-on (the "Add-on") that allows you to sync contact data from a Google Sheets spreadsheet into your Flow account. By installing or using the Add-on, you authorize Flow to access the specific spreadsheet and sheet you select, and the columns you map (such as name, phone number, and tags), solely for the purpose of creating and updating contacts and showing connected sheets and sync status in the Sheet Broadcast feature.

Your use of the Add-on must also comply with Google’s applicable terms and policies, including the Google Workspace Marketplace Terms of Service, and with WhatsApp’s and Meta’s policies where applicable. Uninstalling the Add-on or revoking its access in your Google account will prevent further syncs from your spreadsheets, but will not automatically delete data that has already been synced into Flow. You can delete that data from your Flow account or request deletion as described in our Privacy Policy.

Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

Subscription and Payment

We offer various subscription plans. Subscriptions are billed in advance and fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time, with cancellation taking effect at the end of your current billing period.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Send spam or engage in harassment
  • Violate WhatsApp's Terms of Service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service

WhatsApp Business Account

To use Flow, you must connect a valid WhatsApp Business Account. You agree to comply with Meta's Terms of Service and WhatsApp Business Policy.

Intellectual Property

The Service is owned by Flow and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You retain ownership of content you create, but grant us a license to use it for providing the Service.

Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or fail to pay fees. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at [email protected].

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
